Orbán háborúellenessége – szavak és tettek

A Magyar Békekör alább megosztja Orbán Viktornak a FIDESZ-KDNP képviselőinek balatonfüredi tanácskozásán az ukrajnai konfliktusról tett kijelentéseit. A Békekör fontosnak tartja Orbán újabb, az eddigieknél keményebb háborúellenes állásfoglalását, de úgy látja, a szavakat még mindig nem követik megfelelő tettek annak érdekében, hogy Magyarországot ne sodorhassák háborúba NATO-szövetségesei. Kína tájékoztatásra szólítja fel az USÁ-t a gázvezeték felrobbantásáról

Peking, 2023. február 23. csütörtök (MB)

     Kína felszólította az Egyesült Államokat, adjon tájékoztatást az Északi Áramlat gázvezetékek felrobbantásáról – jelentették a hírügynökségek csütörtökön.

     A kínai külügyminisztérium szóvivője reményét fejezte ki, hogy az USA hírszerzési forrásaiból tájékoztatni fog a robbantás körülményeiről ahelyett, hogy visszatartaná információit.

     Az Oroszországot Németországgal összekötő gázvezetékeket 2022. szeptember 27-én robbantották föl. Seymour Hersh amerikai oknyomozó újságíró részletesen bemutatta az amerikai szabotázsakció hátterét és körülményeit. Washington tagadta, hogy köze volna a gázvezeték felrobbantásához, ugyanakkor az ENSZ Biztonsági Tanácsában akadályozza az ügy nemzetközi kivizsgálására tett orosz indítvány elfogadását.+++

Austrian-Hungarian alliance for neutrality

Budapest-Vienna, Friday 24 February 2023

     Hungarian and Austrian political and social organizations joined forces to defend Austria’s neutrality and to achieve Hungary’s neutrality, they announced on Friday simultaneously in Vienna and Budapest.

     The Hungarian Forum for Peace movement and the Austrian Social Coalition for Peace and Neutrality made this decision because the Western powers, in alliance with the anti-Russian political forces in Austria and Hungary, want to turn their countries against Russia and drag them into conflict. In Austria, a political attack was launched for the amendment of the constitution declaring neutrality, and in Hungary, neutrality aspirations are portrayed as “betrayal of the West”. They want to convince us that there is no block-independent third way. But there is! Therefore, we call on Hungarians and Austrians to insist on peace and to stand up for the sovereignty and self-determination of Austria and Hungary, demanding neutrality.

     “It has become an obsession of NATO’s leading powers that they can defeat Russia by escalating the conflict in Ukraine and dragging in those who want to stay out of it. They send offensive weapons to Ukraine and cherish plans to open a “second front”. It is said more and more often that Russia must be occupied and dismembered. Pressure is put on Austria to abandon its neutrality and side with the pro-war. They want to force Hungary, as their NATO ally, to take up arms against the Russians and become part of their conquering plans. It is characteristic of the moral state of the Western system of alliance that it wants to defeat Russia rather than recognize its right to a secure existence. We reject NATO’s peace, Pax Americana, because we want East-West reconciliation and peace. We believe in the principle of indivisibility of security. No one has the right to assert their own security at the expense of the security of others, as is being done with NATO’s eastern expansion.

     We are convinced that the key to a peaceful solution lies in satisfying Russia’s legitimate security demands. In order for them to respect our safety, we must recognize theirs! We want neutrality, an active policy of neutrality for Peace instead of the war policy of the Western powers.

     We are fighting so that confrontation be replaced by an order of peaceful cooperation based on mutual respect, equality, and mutual interests.

     Therefore, the Hungarian Forum for Peace and the Austrian Social Coalition for Peace and Neutrality enter into political cooperation for the benefit of the two peoples and Europe. Our association is open to everyone who cares about our common cause.+++
